Promote your courses for free with Sketch a Day
Sketch a Day partners with course creators to promote their educational content to our 11,000+ monthly users in exchange for exclusive content for premium members.
The partnership
- You share one existing tutorial/lesson exclusively for our premium members
- Sketch a Day promotes your courses to our entire user base, more than 11,000 monthly users
- One-time exchange — no ongoing work required
Why it works
Sketch a Day offers a low-risk way to promote your courses to a highly engaged audience. Our users actively seek art education and invest in courses.
When they see value in exclusive content, they become qualified leads for paid offerings.
Unlike social media, users open the app specifically to learn and practice art daily.
What content you can offer to our premium members
You are free to offer any content that you already sell in your online shops, Etsy, etc. that you are allowed to sell elsewhere (i.e. you are not already bound to any exclusivity agreements). Examples include tutorials, lessons, process videos, etc.
The content you offer to our premium members cannot be something you already offer for free, for example as a sample or "taster" lesson.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are courses promoted?
- Shop links appear on your artist profile pages in the app, and you will receive a "Creator" badge in your profile
- Featured on the main "Tutorials" screen in the app
- Promoted on the new app home screen
- Linked from our website, which receives traffic from people searching for courses
- Targeted promotion based on user medium preferences (we know what our users draw with, so please tell us the medium you want to promote your content for)
What does "exclusive" mean?
Exclusive means content not offered for free elsewhere. For example, if you normally offer lesson 1 as a free taster, we need a different lesson that isn't your usual free sample. You can continue selling the same content elsewhere.
Is there revenue sharing?
No revenue sharing is offered currently to keep partnerships simple for the time being.
Can I offer a discount code instead of free content?
Yes, you can offer a discount code instead of content. This is a good option if your online store supports coupon codes, and you think it will attract more people to your courses on our platform.
Will my name and links be included?
Yes, your name, shop link, and social media will be prominently featured across multiple areas of the app and website.
How do I deliver my content to you?
We will host your content on our platform (so we can control who has access to it), so you need to provide us with the content in a format we can publish.
For written content, this typically means either a PDF or Google Doc with text and high quality images.
You also must only use basic text formatting (e.g. bold, italic, underline, lists, etc. but no colors), and images must be shown with no text to the left or right of them (as we have to publish the content to work on different screen sizes).
For video content, supply us with a high quality video file that we will host for you.
For anything else, please contact us to discuss.
What if I want to stop the partnership?
Simply contact us and we will remove your content, no questions asked.
